EndlessAll forms of existence as parts of the body of Buddha are endless; they are uncountable, with infinite colors.Avatamsaka Sutra

No Escape‧ Including hearts as part of discipline; from discipline comes stability, from stability comes wisdom.Shurangama Sutra

“ Flowing colors of free movement navigates coordination through life, which also is the axis connecting heart with the universe. Jun T. Lai

For Jun T. Lai, art is not merely a game or an impulse; it is self-redemption and realization.” ~ Ying-Ying Lai

“Jun T. Lai fully comprehends destiny is as heavy as sedimentary rocks, and the entire living world is just as equally dense.  However, life’s vitality can penetrate this thick and repressive weight, and in the end, it could overlook its encumbrance.” ~ Hai-Ming Huang

“One can’t look at Jun-T. Lai’s works from a simple religious perspective; the aesthetics that her works try to convey about time are very spiritually connected.  For an artist that comprehends the Heart Sutra’s teaching of “form does not differ from emptiness; emptiness does not differ from form; sensation, thought, impulse and consciousness are also like this”, she attempts to supersede the senses, and on the other hand, she also has to execute her artistic views.  One may wonder about what are the creative criteria that she depends on?  These are what make her works interesting.  They motivate us to think assertively, and we are also lured into an active participation.”  ~ Yen-Chou Chiang
